Inconsistent use of classloader when using spring configurations for xbean-server

The ClassLoaderXmlPreprocessor redefines the classloader used by spring / xbean when loading a spring configuration file.
Unfortunately, the behavior is inconsistent when using the <classpath /> tag and when not.
