Problem with Redirect sample entity resolver

In the Redirect sample, the RedirectHandlers::resolveEntity method compares the
publicId to the systemId. For the sample to work as documented, it should
compare the systemId to the constant string, gFileToTrap, which is the
string "personal.dtd" so that when you run the sample with personal.xml it
should use redirect.dtd instead of personal.dtd.
