Please make entity resolver settable in SchemaCompiler

The xmlbeans maven plugin needs to be able to set the entity resolver directly in order to allow more flexible resolution policies. Applying this patch will avoid the need to duplicate SchemaCompiler for the v2 geronimo xmlbeans maven plugin.
