Description
Since POI has kindly taken over the xmlbeans software and made a new release (yay!) the question remains: do the rest of the publicly-visible support methods listed anywhere on xmlbeans.apache.org work for a new user, or are they being ignored?
xmlbeans.a.o now looks like a normal project, with the exception of a few callouts that note that POI has taken over after the Attic. However there are still plenty of links on the website, including one linking here that says:
If you encounter a bug, you can open a bug report here: JIRA XMLBeans
It's not fully clear to new users exactly what parts of xmlbeans.a.o are being watched for feedback.
This is primarily a question for the POI PMC, but obviously improvements to how we document & expect projects to come out of the Attic would be good as well, making the distinction clear between "software" (releasing a new .jar) and "project" (as a whole).
