    Description

      Also, build a centralized package for handling the log servlet related functionality (preferably in yarn-common).

      There are a tons of code duplication in the following classes:

      • ContainerLogsUtils
      • LogWebServiceUtils
      • LogToolUtils
      • LogAggregationWebUtils
      • LogCLIHelpers
