[UI2] Ambiguous queue name resolution

    Description

      Yarn UIv2 uses queueName instead of queuePath (which was added in the scheduler response in YARN-10610), which makes the queue resolution ambiguous in case of identical queue short names (eg. root.a.b <-> root.b). This causes invalid behaviour in multiple places.
