Yarn Cluster Metrics Apps Pending Number error

hadoop version:3.3.1

use scheduler:capacity scheduler

problem:when i set yarn.scheduler.capacity.<queue-path>.maximum-applications =10000 for all queues,app pendings number of cluster metrics will be not right.

the first problem:

app pendings is not desc

the second problem:

app pendins is insc and not desc
