      With this change, the whitespace plug-in now takes two additional parameters: `--whitespace-eol-ignore-file` and `--whitespace-tabs-ignore-file` . These files contain regular expressions of files to ignore for their various targets, similar to the --excludes file option.

    Description

      In building a Jenkins pipeline that uses a groovy shared library, there are like 4 levels of quoting required to make it work as a generic function (and, frankly, I still don't have it working). This situation is sort of ridiculous. Let's give up and just make it take a file of regexps.
