Fix binding of dynamic volumes to pod

    Description

      Use of dynamic volumes is broken after YUNIKORN-872, and fails with:

       

      Warning  PodVolumesBindFailure  37s   yunikorn  bind pod volumes failed, name: <namespace>/<podname>, failed to get cached bindings for pod <namespace/podName>
