Document state diagram generation

Extend the documentation about how to generate a state diagram. 

Right now we the information only in a PR:

The looplab/fsm code allows generating a graphviz file via fsm.Visualize(state-machine). This file can be converted using the dot tool or other online tools into a svg or png file."

Also it would be nice to be able to generate it through a make command
