Use yarn intercepter in hdp yarn cluster throw exception :bad substitution

the zeppeline throw exception :bad substitution when i submit flink job in Interpreter Yarn mode.

my yarn cluter is hdp  2.6.5. and I set  variable: HDP_VERSION in anywhere that I can set.But It still doesn't work.
