Memory Leak in NoteManager

    Description

      NoteManager never releases the note memory after a note has been read.

      I noticed the following comment in the Zeppelin code and I think this TODO is related to my observed memory leak.

       * TODO(zjffdu) implement the lifecycle manager of Note
 * (release memory if note is not used for some period)
