Make a jar with the 2.0 code available for download

For those desiring to try out the 2.0 version it would be very helpful to have the 2.0 jars available for download under the download link on the JCS page.

For the 1.3 users it would also be helpful to link to the repo where the concurrent jar can be downloaded.
